Risk Disclosure, Terms of Use and Conditions.

1.  You will deposit your capital/investment with a legitimate forex broker, not with JBSar EA. (In this * FBS Broker, our entire system strategy is being tested and proven to be effective.) You are the only one who has access to and control over your account, specifically for withdrawals. According to the Anti-Money Laundering Policy, a deposit equivalent must be withdrawn using the original deposit method. After that, profit can be withdrawn to any other payment system except credit/debit cards.
2. JBSar EA – is an automated trading tool that will do everything it can to grow your account or money in a low, medium and high risk manner, in accordance with advocacy of “Enjoy Life… Do Nothing.” Spend more time with your family.
3. JBSar EA has set configurations for investors ranging from low risk and traders to range from medium to high-risk settings. You should be aware of the significant risks associated with your actions, for which JBSar EA accepts no responsibility. Initial recommendations: optimized or backtested on these designed for a single EURUSD pair:
   Investor – US$ 3000 or more, Fixed Initial Lot Size – 0.03
   Trader – US$ 1800 or more. It will make the necessary lot size adjustments until it reaches the maximum setting of 0.05. We strongly advise that you deposit once in a while to keep your accounts growing. Let the robot advantageously execute trades up to the maximum trade size to generate earnings and allow the JBSar EA robot to make a desirable profit even when a massive drawdown occurs.
4. All payments must be made through the website. Outside payment is not accepted and is not permitted.
5. JBSar EA reserves the right to modify website services such as products subscription plans, prices, promotions on the website with or without notice to you.
6. JBSar EA is not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of their services, promotions, prices, products features on the website.
7. A client has the right to receive the Updates for the Experts program files.
8. Having open trades for few days in drawdown is normal and please be patient until JBSar EA Robot closes them with profit.
9. Do not close any open or active trades manually or trade manually on the same account, which will mess up and confuse our JBSar EA Robot and evidently for the money management tactics.

JBSar EA has recommended low risk settings for Investors and low to high risk settings for Traders, and changing (intentionally or unintentionally) the recommended protective settings is completely at your own risk. You should be aware that your actions carry significant risks, for which JBSar EA accepts no responsibility.
12. The VPS (Virtual Private Server) – is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is required for stable live trading to avoid power outages and connection failures. It is a genuine recommendation for a must-have in the world of fully automated Trading EA’s Robot.
13. To avoid accidentally pressing important buttons/icons on your phone for computer or Mobile MT4 app, we recommend using an investor password to login.

In the event of circumstances over which JBSar EA has no control or which are beyond its control (such as broker collapse/bankruptcy, VPS technical error, and termination of any promotion control by Brokerage), JBSar EA is not liable concerning subscriptions.
